Lebanon Enterprise and Employment Programme (LEEP) is a programme supporting Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) to help grow their business and create jobs by providing funding and Business Development Services (BDS). LEEP partners with banks, financial institutions and business experts to enhance access to finance, stimulate growth-oriented financing and provide business support.

The programme is funded with UK aid from the British people, which is focused in Lebanon on managing the humanitarian, stability and security implications of the conflict in Syria. Working with partners and municipalities across Lebanon, UK aid programmes support Small and Medium Enterprises to grow, to create jobs and support local economic development. Lebanon is one of the highest recipient of UK aid in the region after Syria, totalling £608m since 2012. The UK continues to be one of the largest bilateral donors to the Syria crisis in Lebanon and the region.
