The Lebanon Enterprise and Employment Programme (LEEP) supports Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) to help grow their business and increase employment by providing funding and Business Development Services (BDS). LEEP partners with Banks, Financial Institutions and BDS providers to enhance the SMEs access to finance, stimulate growth-oriented financing and provide them with quality business development services.

LEEP matches up to 50% of business loans ranging between $5,000 and $60,000, taken starting December 1,2018 onwards.

Private Investments (Self-financing and Equity-financing)
LEEP matches up to 50% of $5,000 to $60,000 of an investment made starting January 2020 onwards (though the full amount of the investment can be higher than $60,000).

Supporting SMEs affected by the Beirut Blast
LEEP offer matching grants to micro, small and medium enterprises investing in repairs, either through self-investment, crowd funding or other investments. If they have raised or are in the process of raising money for investment in repairs, we can match up to 50% of that with a LEEP grant up to a ceiling of $60,000 USD (though the full amount of the investment can be higher than $75,000).

The LEEP programme is funded with UK Aid from the British people and implemented by Palladium.
