“Hiring Subsidies” is an initiative by LEEP to incentivize inclusive job creation. The main objective of this intervention is to support SMEs in creating and sustaining jobs for People with Disabilities and Women. In addition, this intervention also works with job seekers to ensure that they are adequately supported and equipped to meet the requirements of employment. LEEP partners with ProAbled, an organization that supports companies in recruiting qualified employees with disabilities and trains companies HR departments and managers on inclusion of PWDs and women in the work place.
